What Data We Collect

Essential only by default. We do not use tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or third-party analytics that collect personal data without your explicit consent.

• Newsletter subscribers: Email address (provided voluntarily). Used solely to send our weekly design trends newsletter.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited. Processed by Cloudflare for security and performance. We do not access these logs for tracking purposes.
• Analytics (consent required): If you consent via our cookie banner, we use privacy-focused analytics that do not track individuals across sites.

Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process data under Article 6(1)(a) — your explicit consent (for newsletter and optional analytics), and Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest (for essential security via Cloudflare).

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

Newsletter emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained by Cloudflare per their data processing agreement (typically 72 hours).

Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare: CDN, DNS, DDoS protection. Their privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: Loaded from Google's CDN for typography. Google may log font requests. Their policy.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies (e.g., cookie consent preference). No marketing or tracking cookies are set without your explicit opt-in consent.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States (Cloudflare infrastructure). Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
